What keeps you from being present?

Well I'm certainly not in the past or in the future so physically I am present, we don't have time travel ...... yet.    What could possibly change that ?

I keep hoping the Tardis will just show up in my backyard someday and Dr. Who will emerge with a whoop and a holler and invite me aboard!  Meanwhile, let's just keep looking for those mysterious portals that sometimes open up onto a parallel plane, giving us proof that time does not really exist and we are EVERYWHERE, ALL THE TIME!  Love to you, my friend!
