Walk in Beauty
The Universe reflects a creator
who holds all in love's embrace.
It's beauty sustains my spirit,
claims my total devotion.Gratitude
overflows and spills into a stream
of creativity as soul bursts
forth sweet music composed
by loving heart. Like the song
of the nightingale it rises clear
above the dark night of my being
hope ascends on colourful butterfly
wings, soars in a pillar of light
to birth my dreams. Aware
each act of creativity falls short
of the perfection in God's signature
Stunned by nature's candescent
beauty displayed in all creation,
I am both blessed and humble.
